How I Use GPTs in My Projects
Not just prompts—these are tools I build to think, work, and create smarter.
Most people treat GPTs like chatbots.
I don’t.
In my world, GPTs are not just tools—they're collaborators. I create them to support real, ongoing workflows: brainstorming ideas, refining content, automating steps, and pushing my thinking forward.
Meet My Custom GPTs
Backroom – My Creative Collaborator
Backroom is my silent co-strategist. It helps me outline technical ideas, write product content, and generate creative concepts—especially in automation and AI projects. Whether I’m building a new workflow or planning a product launch, Backroom is the GPT I turn to for idea structuring and strategic writing.
HeadTurner – My Personal Brand Stylist
HeadTurner sharpens how I sound online. From rewriting my LinkedIn summary to crafting punchy one-liners for my site, this GPT ensures that I don’t just look professional—I look memorable. It helps me stay bold, clear, and a little unexpected.
How I Design My GPTs
Each GPT I build has:
A clear role (like strategist, assistant, or copy editor)
A unique instruction set tailored to its use case
Boundaries and tone guides
The ability to grow with me as my needs evolve
These aren’t "set and forget" bots. I regularly refine their behavior, prompts, and roles based on how my work shifts.
🛠️ For example:
When I built my Prompt Refiner, I used a GPT to simulate real users testing different kinds of prompts. I paired that with automation tools (like n8n + OpenAI API) and custom HTML forms to quickly test real use cases. GPTs helped me prototype copy, structure instructions, and even debug my flow.
→ You can place a screenshot or diagram of this flow here.
Why I Do It This Way
I’m not building GPTs just because it’s trendy.
I build them because they extend my capabilities. They give me room to think deeper, act faster, and focus on what actually matters.
This isn’t about replacing human work. It’s about upgrading it.
